Welcome to Ear Care Lincs

A warm welcome to Ear Care Lincs! My name is Joe Nicholls and I have now been an ear wax removal technician and Director of Ear Care Lincs since March 2023. However, this is not where the ECL story begins.

Rachel Nicholls, my Mother, founded Ear Care Lincs back in 2017, building on her long and successful career as an NHS ENT nurse. She knew the impact she could have on people’s lives by offering an uncompromising EarCare service without the wait times and at the convenience of each patient.

I left my management role to pursue the same path full-time, learning all there is to know. From the anatomy of an ear to the unique nature of each patient’s symptoms and how we can help by removing blockages in their ears.

While Rachel now enjoys a well-deserved retirement, I have the pleasure of running Ear Care Lincs.

I aim to provide safe and effective wax removal techniques to our patients to ensure they live a happier, connected, and more fulfilled life.

Wax build-ups can make people feel secluded and withdrawn from social scenarios. I am therefore delighted to be able to assist with my techniques.
